What do you most want voters to understand about you and your vision for Waitaki?

My vision for Waitaki is to change how our District has been managed in the last two elected members terms (3-6 years). To survive as an autonomous local government district, we cannot keep going the way we have been and for that change to happen we need people as elected members whose horizons have not been dominated by (just) the Southern Alps for most of their lives. If elected, I bring to council a pool of experience and ideas where I can draw from which I gained from working and living in very different countries and cultures whilst managing projects throughout the World. https://www.frans4waihemo-waitaki.com/
