As a Senior Resource Management Planner at Waitaki District Council, you'll lead the processing of land use and subdivision applications, provide high-level expertise on Resource Management Act matters, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. You'll offer technical guidance to senior staff, elected officials, and stakeholders, preparing submissions and reports that address both local and national planning challenges.
This role involves managing multiple projects, mentoring junior staff, and supporting the development of the District Plan and long-term strategies. It's an opportunity to make a significant impact on Waitaki's natural assets, infrastructure, and community through innovative and sustainable planning solutions.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
Salary for this position will commence between $84,246 and $99,113 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
