Do you want to be part of a whole-of-business transformation programme that is also a career defining opportunity? At Waitaki District Council we have several opportunities to be an integral part of a significant transformation project that is unique within our industry.
We are looking for Expressions of Interest for Project Managers on a fixed-term basis (12-24 months) to help deliver our transformation programme. Reporting to the Transformation Programme Manager, you will be joining a dynamic team with broad responsibility for organisational change, technological change, and process change.
The Project Manager will be a team player who collaborates with stakeholders, including department managers, employees, and external partners, to ensure successful implementation of transformative ways of working through sound project management practices which include: Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestone/value drops, mentoring/coaching workflow teams in understanding requirements, identifying risks and mitigations, documenting processes to understand problems and propose innovative solutions that align with the goals and objectives of the Council.

The salary range for this position: $95,000 - $110,000
