About the Role:

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional customer service across Council facilities (in person, online, and by phone). Your role will involve:

• Helping customers with their enquiries and service requests.
• Providing information on Council services.
• Using systems and processes to resolve issues or escalate them when needed.
• Supporting a friendly, professional, and customer-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills – retail, hospitality, or service experience is a plus!
