The Waitaki District Council (the Council) invites expressions of interest from members of the public interested in serving as a Company Director on Waitaki District Health Services Limited. We are looking for applicants with excellent, proven business and governance skills and good knowledge of Waitaki's community. Skills and experience related to the health sector, in particular primary and secondary health, is beneficial.

Directorship appointments are considered confidentially by Council's Shareholder Sub-committee, which will submit recommendations to Council. Appointment decisions will be made by Council, acting as shareholder.
