Creative wellbeing activities support - relief role - to support the delivery of the Waitaki Creative Wellbeing programme for 2024 by providing cover for existing staff when they are not available.

Casual position involves working with our team to support the delivery of creative activities to tangata whaiora – people seeking wellbeing – at our weekly sessions in Oamaru, Palmerston and Kurow.

We are looking for a creative outgoing person to support the delivery of the Waitaki Creative Wellbeing programme for 2024.

This casual position involves working with our team to support the delivery of creative activities to tangata whaiora – people seeking wellbeing – at our weekly sessions in Oamaru, Palmerston and Kurow.

Our aim is to provide cover for existing staff when not available.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Passionate about arts and crafts
• Able to relate to a wide range of people
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of, or experience of, mental distress and wellbeing challenges
• Some lifting may be required
• Based in Oamaru area
