Waitaki Boys’ High School – Don House Waitaki Boys’ High School located in Oamaru, is committed to academic excellence, holistic excellence and nurturing the talents and aspirations of its students to produce “young men of outstanding character”. 

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Manager to become an integral part of our Hostel Team.

• Permanent part time position
• Term time only – 12.5 hours per week (3pm – 5.30pm Monday to Friday)
• Commencing – Term 1, 2025 or by negotiation

The Residential Care Manager will work closely with the Director of Boarding to create a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for our boarding students. Your primary focus will be supporting teenage boys and assisting with their needs as well as communicating effectively with staff and parents to foster a collaborative community.
