The successful applicant would be highly motivated, well organised and someone with a great deal of initiative. They will also have a compassionate interest in developing positive relationships with the teenagers in our care.

A willingness to support the Special Character of the hostel is also required.

The role is for 40 hours per week, for 40 weeks of the year, during term time. There may be additional work during the school holidays which can be negotiated if needed.

The position would start in late January 2025.
