We are seeking two Case Managers who has the passion and drive to join the dedicated Oamaru service team.


Every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as you can positively influence people's lives.


What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana 

As the face of the organisation, you will be working alongside our people to support them into employment and housing. You will provide financial support and connect whānau to a wide range of services and other assistance as required.


The whānau we serve come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. You will create a safe environment for people to explore options and determine what’s most important to them. You will empower whānau to take the lead in developing and achieving their goals.


You will build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to enhance outcomes for our people. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with your peers and partner agencies to give and receive support when needed.

You will be exceptionally organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills. In addition to this, you will bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative and take ownership and responsibility to follow through and deliver for the people in our community.
