Administration Officer - Oamaru
This critical position in our client service delivery team, provides the administrative support to front line leadership and staff. From ordering supplies and equipment to coordinating meetings, catering and minute taking, this role is varied and busy. Responsibilities also include secretarial duties, fleet management and overseeing site health and safety as well as processing expenses and invoicing.
We are looking for a person who is highly organised and who possesses excellent attention to detail. Your time management skills, flexibility and your ability to remain calm under pressure will be valued. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoy learning and like working with people, this may be the role for you.
What we offer
Salary: B03 - $60,707.00 - $72,990.00 (depending on skills and experiences)
