The Job:
This role is full time, and the main objective of the Marketing & Social Media Admin Assistant is to provide quality marketing, social media content and administrative support for our office, agents and vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare advertising and marketing for local newspapers and social media platforms
Input and maintain information in our Customer Relationship Management system
Planning and delivering creative and engaging content for social media platforms
Administration support for the office
Our ideal candidate has:
Minimum of two years’ experience in an administration role
A passion for creating marketing and social media content
The ability to meet deadlines and excellent multi-tasking skills
Confident written and oral communication skills
Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
Advanced administration and computer skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Knowledge of Office 365 and Adobe CC, preferably Photoshop and InDesign (not essential as full training provided)
Knowledge of video editing software preferable
A good work ethic, enthusiasm and a sense of humour
A willingness to learn and desire to succeed
