An opportunity has presented itself to provide administrative support to our Oamaru Centre. We are looking for a savvy, organised and fun Administrator to support us 20 hours a week. You will work alongside dedicated professionals providing the very best care for our children.

What we are looking for:
- Administration experience (Childcare Centre experience preferred but not necessary)
- Confident computer skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with all our tamariki, whanau and staff.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
- General admin support to the Centre Manager.
- Ensuring that every child’s attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
- Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
- Banking/invoicing may be included.
- Following process and maintaining the filing system.
