The Waitaki Multicultural Council is a non-profit organisation which supports migrants and newcomers in the Waitaki Region to settle successfully.

It also promotes positive race relations through community education, helping people of all ethnicities feel integrated so that they can actively contribute to our community.

We are easy to find along the State Highway No. 1, in the town centre of Oamaru.

We are located on the first floor of the red brick building ‘Abacus House’ of AJ Wood Chartered Accountants on the corner of Thames Street and Severn Street next to the traffic lights.

Paid public parking is available on both streets.
