Waitaki Health Futures Project

Waitaki Health Futures Project

Waitaki-wide

As part of the Waitaki Health Futures Project, Te Whatu Ora is running a five-minute survey (just eight questions) to find out about how you and your whānau use health services.

If you would prefer a paper copy or would like to distribute copies to others, they are available at the following locations:

  • Oamaru Library
  • Oamaru Hospital waiting room
  • Oamaru & Kurow General Practice waiting rooms

We are also offering the chance for you to share your feedback at our face-to-face engagement sessions (details below).

These sessions will run between Monday 30 September and Saturday 5 October.

Come along to any of the sessions - there is no need to register.

This is a community led project. We strongly encourage you to have your say about the future of health services in Waitaki.
