Among the 49 rooms, there are 15 in the historic wing of the hotel with most receiving a total refurbishment to complement the hotel's Victorian architecture. There are four spacious suites with two providing a spa bath, Sky TV, direct dial phones, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, heating and electric blankets.

The Bryone Hotel are also open for breakfast , lunch and dinner. The Totara Bar is the perfect place to start your morning, end your evening, or even sit and watch the world go by as you sip on a coffee and try one of our famous scones.

Relax in the Totara Bar, sip a drink or two under the striking stained glass ceiling and sample some of our award winning cuisine. The Waitaki region is a hidden gastronomic gem — our Jersey Benne potatoes are world famous and our Whitestone cheese is coveted by lovers of cheese all over.
