Recent Release - 2021 Chardonnay

Some of you will have been fortunate enough to have sampled our 2021 Chardonnay recently. It has already gained a name for itself and being sought after by many from our Cellar Door. Crafted with precision and passion, this Chardonnay leaves you wanting more. 

What sets it apart are the unique flavours derived from the microclimate and soil of Waitaki Valley. With its cool climate and limestone-rich soils, the region imparts distinctive mineral notes, enhancing the wine's elegance and structure. You will notice delicate aromas of ripe stone fruits, hints of citrus entwined with oak. The wine's crisp acidity and lingering finish make it a perfect companion to a variety of dishes or simply enjoyed on its own.
