The North Otago Aero Club is a not-for-profit organisation based at Oamaru Airport, we have been teaching people to fly for over 60 years. Because we are not-for-profit our sole focus is providing the highest quality flight training at the lowest cost subsidised by the club. 

We are the place to go to learn to fly; whether you want to just give it a go with our $149 trial flight – a good 20 minutes over Oamaru, or want to gain a full pilots license. 

You can get a Private Pilots Licence for fun, or if you want to start a great career you can get a Commercial Pilots Licence with the option of an Instructor Rating to gain valuable experience. 

Flying a plane is something everyone should experience at least once! Trial flights are a great way to achieve a memory you will not forget. They make the perfect present for that aviation enthusiast we all know.
