Salads are a master class in flavour - roast pumpkin and beetroot couscous with citrus dressing, grape with cucumber, capsicum and black pepper dressing, blood orange with rocket and pine nuts - to name a few.

You choose your size, your sides, whatever your heart desires and the portions are more than generous enough to share.
