Age Concern is looking for volunteers who would like to support socially isolated elderly people in our communities by making regular visits to them at home.

A regular visit is something to look forward to, and makes a real difference to the health and happiness of an older person in need of friendship and companionship.

Volunteer Visitors come from a wide range of backgrounds and age groups, and Age Concern is committed to ensuring that volunteer visitors have a rewarding, safe, and enjoyable experience.

If you decide to volunteer, you'll be matched with an older person who you have some things in common with, and regular visits will be set up at a time and frequency that suits you both.
