The Free Women's Self-defence course is back and is coming to Palmerston!

When: Saturday May 10th

Where: Palmerston Sports Hall

Full day course (10am-5pm) with lunch provided

No experience needed, all abilities and fitness levels welcomed.

The course is intended for women aged 15+ as the course includes discussions which are not intended for children.

However, girls age 12+ can come with a parent/guardian’s consent and if a parent or other trusted adult (18+) is also participating who can answer any questions they may have during and/or after.
