In 1970 a group of Oamaru potters came together and called themselves the North Otago Potters.

They moved into a cottage at 44 Tyne Street and became Ceramic 44, now Pottery on Tyne.

Come along and see various form of ceramics take shape.

From wheel thrown forms, hand building, slip casting and printing images onto clay.
