Monday Breath & Meditation is a 45min guided class, to practice the tools & discover what you take home with you & add you to tool kit of self support.
This is for you if you.....
Want to learn how to regularly mediate?
Want to discover tips & tricks for mindfulness and supporting mental health?
Want to take care of the nervous system and find calm & ease more often?
Want to develop more skills in wellbeing, better breathing & coping mechanisms for living life in a better way?
Want to truly understand the why & some fo the science behind how all these work?
This is an offering to the community for connection through co-regulation. This is for anyone, at any level, no previous experience required.
✔️ PLEASE NOTE ✨ As there is a yoga class prior to this, entry into the Vintage Car Club is from 7.25pm only to respect those finishing up their class.
I highly recommend attend Yoga with Clare's class before this Monday 6.20pm (same location) the 2 classes are an excellent pair & will set you up for an amazing sleep + good energy for the week.

✔️ There is nothing you need to bring, you can choose to sit on chairs or the floor & sometimes there may be an invitation to lay down. If you wish to bring a mat, cushion or blanket you are welcome.
✔️ This is a pay/trade what you can event, which means you exchange what you can in value for what you are learning. Its not free, as for your sake as well as mine it needs to be valued in order for you to really deeply invest in the offering.
You choose what you want to contribute. Happy to receive eggs, fresh veg/fruit, home kill, flowers, homemade something, few bits of wood, trade services, knitting lessons or something else that is useful.
