Blueprint for Learning is delighted to present its highly regarded and insightful MH101 workshop in Oamaru on 26 May.
This workshop is open to individuals aged 18 and over who have no prior mental health training and are not registered health professionals.

About the workshop: Supporting someone experiencing mental health challenges can make a big difference to their wellbeing and recovery. Learn how to recognise signs of mental health challenges and gain practical tools you can use to support people when they need it most.
Our experienced facilitators bring professional and personal experience to the workshop, running interactive activities and stimulating conversations that bring the learning to life. Participants will receive a workbook with MH101® notes, additional reading, a directory for support and assistance, plus access to an interactive e-learning to apply what you learn.
