This one-hour class is designed to introduce you to the basic principles and foundation exercises you will find in a mat pilates class.
Learn how to strengthen and lengthen your body using body weight and proprioceptive exercises, connecting your mind and body, and using your breath to bring it all together.
If you have been wanting to join but feel a bit intimidated about jumping in a regular class, this intro is for you!
Suitable for all ages, genders and fitness levels, you just need to be able to get onto the floor.
At the end of class, enjoy a brief Reformer demonstration and trial to better understand the difference between a Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates class
