Foundation Training Intro Series with Christine Cantwell, Chiropractor
Foundation Training is a highly useful way to retrain your back muscles, posture and breathing to support your spine and nervous system health using just your body weight and a few minutes of attention.
Using simple standing and laying down positions with breath activation to decompress your spine and activate your supportive structures. Results in decrease spinal tension and improves your posture.
In this 3 part lunch time series we will learn how to anchor the lower body and decompress the lumbar spine, as well as activate the shoulders and upper body to bring the head back into better alignment over your neck.
Christine has taught this method to her patients over the last 10 years, and with a little practice and consistency, you can have a 5-6min 'warm up' for your day that keeps you out of pain and feeling good. Great for people with little time!
