This is a dynamic dance movement therapy group open to people with an intellectual and/or physical disability including autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and cognitive delays. The group is youth focused, but everyone is welcome!

Our therapists help clients find movement, creativity, and self-expression to aid social connection.

Carers and whānau are welcome to join. Sessions take place weekly and you need a gold coin or online donation and comfortable clothes.

Wednesdays : 10:30 - 11:30am

Term 3: 16 July - 10 September

Term 4: 8 October - 10 December (No session 29 October)
